What we do.

The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® was created by Juliu Horvath as a way to heal himself from a multitude of injuries that ultimately ended his professional dance career. The system has roots in yoga, Thai Chi, swimming, and dance.

Classical Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 1920’s and was originally called “Contrology,” or the art of control, the idea that one should have ultimate control over their body.
